Here is Larry, the Downing Street cat who was recently adopted by the Prime Minister’s family. He made his first major media appearance last week when he caught his first mouse. Today, he’s been all over the news sporting this Union Jack tie in honor of the royal nuptials. Upon close examination, it seems to me that it is actually just a napkin bunched together with tape. Commoners can be so frugal. Or maybe the PM just doesn’t know about Etsy.
