Shrinky Dinks can yield cute home dog tags

Kristen Schooley, 24, is a graphic designer who sells handmade dog tags in her online store, What the Pup. “I have an Australian shepherd and he needed something to reflect how colorful he is,” she told me. She began making custom-designed and fabricated dog tags printed onto Shrinky Dink paper and then shrunk down to size. She also makes them out of polymer clay, stamped with whatever message you wish. Her favorite? “I like the one that I made that says Serial Humper,” she said. Good gift for that special human, too!

Inspired by Schooley, I purchased some Shrinky Dink paper and tried to make my own. See above. Bounce over to ReadyMade.com to check out the results and to see Schooley’s offerings.
